How do I book a counselling appointment?

Please click here to book your appointment.

How much does each session cost?

I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation for any potential new clients who want to connect and determine if we will be a good fit. From there, each 50 minute individual counselling session is $150 plus GST. Couples counselling sessions are $175 plus GST, per 50 minute session.

What can I expect from my first counselling session?

Making the decision to come to counselling can be an emotional, stressful, or even exhilarating experience. In our first session together I will explain how counselling and my specific approach will work, we will discuss what your specific goals and expectations are, and I will gather some information about your life.

I have extended health benefits. Do you offer direct billing?

Please reach out to your insurance provider to determine if counselling services are covered. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#19457). I do not offer direct billing but will send you invoices after each one of our sessions for you to submit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, booking a time slot and not coming to the appointment may mean that someone else in need of care cannot come in. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Appointments changed or cancelled after this cutoff will be charged for 50% of the session cost. In the event of a no-show, meaning you do not show up at your appointment time, and have not let me know you cannot make it, the full session fee will be charged. In the case of an emergency, an exception will be made to this policy.
